I am writing this article based on my personal experience... Belive me...Yoga is such a powerful fitness technique for healthy mind, body and soul.

Why we eat? Why we drink? Why we sleep? Why we alway eager to find entertainment resources?...You have answers for all those. Thease all stuffs are our routine and basic necessisity. Once you set yoga in your routine, you will find the answer yourself only. I promise you will convince another 100 peoples to do it.... I belive each person has its own defination for yoga based on his/her personal experience.

Why I am writing this article to motivate people. Just try it and experience self-improvement. Intially, if you can do it twise or thrice in a week, It will be great start. Here I will also let you know some benefits in shorts and sweet. smile

Precautions

  • If you are beginer, you must avoid difficult poses. If possible practice it under well trained instructor.
  • Avoid heavy meals before 2 hours.
  • To get better result, follow proper breathing technique.
